Jan 30, 2018 · Hey there, I have a Breville Dual Boiler BES920XL. It's my second unit. The first unit I bought in Feb. 2015. I had it for about 2 years. I tried to run a descale operation on it, and due to a sensor problem, the machine would never complete the descale process because it wouldn't ever think the boilers were completely empty.
